I used to work for someone who spent a whole lot of billable hours writing, then re-writing, then editing and re-editing and editing, and editing (well, you get the drift here). Ultimately, the final draft didn't look all that different from the frist draft. She may have looked productive, but she wasn't really bearing much fruit.
